school has started and real fun has just begun. my drawing teacher wants us to draw something mechanical. so i was trying to think of a new way to design a manual wheelchair. these are just some concept sketches. hopefully i can think of more products to explore

daily sketchin
this post concludes my attempts to accomplish a detailed daily sketch. i will now be creating bigger projects and pieces that require more than one day to complete. not to fret, i will still be posting my daily progress on my blog. i think the daily sketch really helped me develop a style for what i want to do, however i still have a bunch of design techniques, skills, and tricks to learn. i am no where near the point i want to be with my illustrations, but i believe that practicing every day will get me closer to my personal goals.
this illustration was intended as a joke for my buddy john. he was bummin one day because of a super long line he was in at the san diego superior court. he posted up his status as “i wonder where my tax dollies went” obviously he meant dollars, T9 is a bitch sometimes.
